Practical from the start.

A familiar shopping challenge. A practical mind. The story of the person who saw another way to organize one cart.
Mendek Menlarayzz experienced the problem firsthand during his time as an Instacart shopper. Keeping two, three, or four customers’ groceries separate in one cart was difficult.
He tried the child seat, the lower rack, and a handheld basket. Each had its limits. The child seat and basket could be too small. Items could slip through the lower rack.
About a year after he stopped shopping for Instacart, the idea for Cartition came to him: a divider that could give one cart separate sections when they were needed.
He began sketching the idea. A friend who was a professional artist helped turn those sketches into 3D drawings. The direction became Cartition: a main panel and two side panels designed to create two, three, or four sections, then fold flat afterward.

Mendek’s approach to Cartition grew from years of putting things together and understanding how they work.
